Our classes are structured like a university, rather than a "pay-as-you-go" to ensure you get the most value each class session. Also, when you are enrolled as a student in any of our levels, you are welcome to attend open pole class for free! This is available for students to come and have some free time on the pole. Why just learn tricks, when you can learn to pole dance? Come experience the art of pole dancing in this mini-session. This is perfect if you've never tried pole dancing before. Learn to dance with your new partner... the pole! This is our introductory class to pole dancing. You will learn fun, short choreographed sequences to build upon a routine that includes the basic spins, exotic dance floor work and pole transitions. Strength building conditioning and individual attention is the main mission of this level. Level 1 prepares you for all future levels by giving you a strong foundation of strength conditioning and safety techniques. In Level 1, you'll learn 6 spins, prepare for Level 2 work and many pole transitions and exotic floorwork. Beginners are welcome, no dance experience required. This class is a prerequisite to all of our pole dance classes.   Tuesdays starting April 12 7:30-8:45pm   Wednesdays starting April 13 7:30-8:45pm   Thursdays starting April 14 7:30-8:45pm   Mondays starting April 18 7:30-8:45pm   Pole Dance 202- Sexy Sophomore Course: $120/ 4 weeks Be consistent and don't skip a beat, sign up for Level 202 class. Now that you have mastered the basics, in Level 202 you will build upon the spins and transition moves learned in Level 101 to dance more fluid. Strength condition is continued that will prepare you to defy gravity and climb that pole! 4 new spins will be introduced and you'll work on combining differente spins into one that will have your friends jealous!     Starting May! Pole Dance 303 - Jazzy Junior Course: $165/ 6 weeks Spins and climbs! You're well on your way to being a pole dancing maven! Level 3 incorporates everything you've learned from Levels 101 and 202. Now you're prepared for 4 more advanced spins and more transitions. You'll also prepare to climb! Consider yourself INTERMEDIATE, well on your way to advanced. Pole Dance 404 - Seductive Senior: $165/ 6 weeks Now your up for the challenge! You're now equipped with all the pole basic and signature moves. In this level, you're going to take it up a notch and learn more gravity defying tricks. Level 404 incorporates your past levels and builds upon them. We'll focus on technique and precision of your spins and advanced moves. You will incorporate more combinations that will add the WOW factor to your dance. Pole Dance 505 - Alluring AP Honors Pole Course: $165/ 6 weeks You're ready to perform! This is the more entertaining level where you get to choose your own music and costume if you like. With all of your knowledge, what else is there to do but perform. We experiment with all genres of music, movement and tapping into your inner-stripper.
